We moved from our leasing provider supporting our driving licence check requirements to a direct relationship with Fleet partnership Solutions (FPS) after trialling them initially to ensure the service and support described at the outset was something that would translate in to proposition delivery.


We have now been trading with FPS for over 12 months and where previously we may have had challenges with licence check notifications and reporting, the team at FPS are able to consistently support our requirements that can be diverse, immediate and considering the market we are in and the employees it attracts, very demanding. A previously high resource area for me has now become far more cost effective since the introduction of FPS.

We are a long serving client of Fleet Partnership Solutions and there are really not many companies in the market that can compete with them on a service and innovation level. 

We have seen them move from a manual checking system, to an electronic system, which has better capabilities to control, manage and chase drivers among our fleet. They are always making changes to the portal based on feedback to further improve processes, built to improve fleet safety and cut down admin on our end. 

With a fleet of just under 2,500 and a compliancy record of 99.91%, these fine-tuned processes have benefited us and are proven in our high safety percentage. 

FPS have grown, but have always maintained a personable service; are always prompt at replying to emails; are always quick to pick up the phone and are most importantly, always willing to listen and help with anything we push their way.

We use FPS to licence check our Fleet of over 2.5k drivers. The team are very responsive and deliver excellent customer service, dealing with most queries on our behalf and only escalating if necessary.


Checks are completed instantly with a direct link to DVLA and we are always kept informed about any Medium or High Risk Drivers. The scheme is GDPR compliant and the admin user portal is easy to use.
